Because we focus on functional training, no need to worry if you have little to no exercise equipment. We use available staples such as stairs, chairs, and floor space as well as portable equipment that comes with us.. Your body becomes the workout machine.
The majority if not most of all adults want to remain independent and functional for as long as possible. Functional fitness can help prevent bone fractures resulting from falling. It’s also important for individuals with arthritis, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, diabetes, depression symptoms and sleep disorder.
Independent older adults gain significant functional benefits from both aerobic and strength training activities.
Aerobic functional capacity may reduce blood pressure and risk of developing type II diabetes. Increase cardiac output and oxygen extraction capabilities.
Resistance exercises demonstrate the greatest capacity to arrest decline and substantially improve physical function. The skeletal muscle in older, untrained men and women will respond with significant strength gain.
Benefits
Cardiorespiratory functioning - Maintenance of and improvement in strength and muscle mass - Postural stability - Psychological functioning - Increase bone density

Functional Training: Our functional training focuses on multi-muscle, functional movements and strength development that allows for improvement with daily actions. These actions emphasize the following: squat, lunge, bend, twist, push, pull, and locomotion.
Suspension Strength Training: Using suspension equipment, this mode of personal training incorporates the use of bodyweight that simultaneously improves one's strength, balance,
flexibility and stability.
Natural Body Movement Training: This floor-based, bodyweight fitness training is used to increase one’s abilities in the areas of strength, agility, endurance, flexibility, mobility, and stability.
Circuit Strength Training: A form of body conditioning that involves muscular endurance with various forms of resistance training. The circuit can be from three exercises up to 6 sets of three high-intensity aerobics, similar to high-intensity interval training. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.
Mobility Training: Mobility Is the range of motion through which an individual can move one joint or a joint complex with the desired speed, precision and resistance to both internal and external forces. We focus on the isolation of a joint's range of motion involving the ankle, knee, hip, spine, wrist, elbow and shoulder. We then focus on integrating your joint mobility with various movements that flow naturally. We looking to achieve the body to move through full range of motion
Flexibility Training: Flexibility is critical in keeping muscles pliable surrounding joints to avoid injury and pain. This training involves low-intensity exercises that increase the range of motion of a joint or group of joints.
Resistance Training: Using Resistance helps to improve ability for the "push and pull" motion in everyday life. It involves any exercise that causes the muscles to contract against an external resistance with the end goal of improving strength and power.
